I agree.

If you can find out how much time he has, I suggest:

If he has lots of time, go to Jolly's Boathouse.

If he doesn't have lots of time, go to Servitzio on the corner of Rundle and East.
It is fairly fast and usually has lots of room at lunch time and the food is OK.
The teeming hoards could teem in.
